Dear AAAC Reps,
This years AGM will be held in Adelaide directly after the AAS Conference on Saturday 10 November 2018.
Venue is the Stamford Grand, 2 Jetty Rd, Glenelg SA 5045.
Meeting commences at 8:45am for 9am with guest presenter David Goener from Beaton giving a 3 hour workshop on practise management issues.
Lunch is included and the meeting will conclude at 5pm, with drinks following.
Dinner is from 7pm with member reps, partners and children (as applicable) all invited. As this year marks the 40th AGM, we propose a semi-formal dress code for dinner.
The AAAC will provide 2 nights accommodation per member rep. Accommodation will be for a standard 2 person room for Friday and Saturday nights. Partners and children are most welcome but please contact the hotel direct to confirm room suitability and any room upgrades at members cost.
There is a local waterpark which may make a good Saturday activity for partners and family.
Dr Peter Teague has organised a Winery Tour in McLaren Vale on Sunday 11 November 9:30am-5:30pm (drop off to airport available).
There are limited availability of rooms, so please respond promptly. Be quick to avoid disappointment.
Please RSVP asap. Once the rooms allocated for the AAAC are full, you will need to make your own accommodation arrangements.
